• Rate for each campsite is $24.00 per night based on two adults and two children,up to 18 years old, at each site.
• Additional adults: $5.00/night. Additional children: $3.00/night.
• For 2 families wishing to camp together, we have a few sites large enough to accommodate 2 tents. The rate for these sites with 2 families is $36.00 a night for up to 8 people. Reserve early for these sites.
• Active Military discount: 20% off all campsite fees to be applied at checkout with proper ID. ~Thank you to all military families for your sacrifice!
• Deposits for Reservations cancelled more than 1 week before arrival date can be either refunded or saved for future reservations. Within 1 week of arrival date, deposits will not be refunded but can be saved for future reservations. No-shows forfeit deposit.

For $56.0/night we furnish completely set-up tent sites for a party of 4 which includes:

• Large Cabin Tent.
• Camp kitchen provisions:
  • propane two burner camp stove with 1 bottle propane
  • cooking pots and basic cooking utensils
  • plates & utensils
  • Deposit policy and additional guest rates apply. See suggested packing list for items you may consider bringing.

Reservations for set-up sites require a 2 night minimum.

• Reservations may be made using our online reservation system. Please send your questions via our Contact page, our Facebook page, or by phone at (423) 735-0696 or (423) 220-0074.
• You must be at least 18 years old to reserve a site.
• All reservations will require a deposit.

  One to three nights require a one-night deposit.

  Four to six nights require a two-night deposit.

  Seven to nine nights requires a five night deposit.

  Ten nights reqiure a six night deposit.

• Confirmation will be sent by e-mail and or text.
• Payment in full is required at check-out by cash, major credit cards or payment through Paypal, CashApp or Venmo using QR codes.
